By downloading, installing, or using the TTD Darshan Booking App ("App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and TTD Darshan App ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service independently. Users between 13-17 may use the Service with parental consent and supervision.

2. Description of Service

TTD Darshan Booking App is an independent third-party information and booking assistance platform that provides:

• Information about TTD darshan types, timings, and procedures
• Guidance on booking process for TTD sevas and darshans
• Real-time information about slot availability (sourced from publicly available data)
• Accommodation information and booking assistance
• Travel guides and maps for Tirumala
• Notification services for slot availability

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Do not share your account credentials with others

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the app to book darshan slots for commercial resale or black marketing
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or technical limitations
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Post or transmit any unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any party
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data

5. Intellectual Property

All content in this app including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software is the property of TTD Darshan App and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Information about TTD, the temple, and religious content is used in a factual, informational context and remains the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 Not Officially Affiliated

This app is NOT affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by TTD, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, or any government body. We are an independent information service.

6.2 Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. Darshan timings, slot availability, and booking procedures may change. Always verify with official TTD sources before making travel plans.

6.3 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. The service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Travel expenses incurred based on information from our app
• Inability to obtain darshan or seva bookings
• Any service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions of TTD or other third parties

Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTD Darshan App and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit through the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

For consumer disputes, you may also approach consumer forums as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
