At TTD Darshan App, we strive to provide complete transparency about our refund policies. As an independent information and booking assistance platform, our refund policy covers the fees charged by our app only. TTD's own cancellation policies apply separately for official bookings made through TTD systems.

Our app is FREE to download and use for basic features. Most information services are provided at no cost. This refund policy primarily applies to any premium features, in-app purchases, or service fees charged directly by us.

TTD Official Booking Cancellations
Please note that for bookings made through the official TTD system (ttdsevaonline.com), cancellation and refund rules are governed entirely by TTD's policies:
TTD's General Policy (for reference):
- Special Entry Darshan (₹300): Generally non-refundable. TTD may allow rescheduling in limited cases.
- Seva Bookings: Non-refundable as per TTD rules. Amount is not refunded for no-shows.
- Accommodation: Cancellations must be made 48-72 hours in advance. Check TTD's current policy.
- Laddu Prasadam: Non-refundable after booking confirmation.

Our App — Refund Process
Premium Subscription Refund
If you purchased a premium subscription through our app and are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund:
- Email us at refunds@ttddarshan.app within the eligible time period
- Include your registered email, order ID, and reason for refund
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
In-App Purchases via Google Play / App Store
For purchases made through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted through their respective platforms:
- Google Play: play.google.com/store → Order history → Request refund
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Refund request made after the eligible period has expired
- Account has been suspended or terminated due to policy violation
- Service was used or benefit was received before cancellation request
- Failure to obtain darshan due to pilgrim's own inability to present valid ID
- Failure to show up for booked darshan slot or seva
- Changes in TTD's darshan schedule, temple closure for festivals or maintenance
Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our refund decision, you may:
- Escalate to our senior support team at support@ttddarshan.app with subject "ESCALATION"
- Contact your bank or payment provider to dispute the charge
- File a complaint with the Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
We are committed to fair resolution of all genuine disputes and will cooperate fully with any investigation.
